Smart items

1. Weapon attachments: based on the weapon you hold, filter out low-tier attachments and show upgrades.
2. Backpack upgrade: based on your backpack level, filter out low-tier backpacks and show higher-tier ones.
3. Backpack management: not smart — policy only; based on item counts in the backpack, hide items whose requirements are already met.
4. Scope filtering: not smart — policy only; scopes that are equipped or already owned aren't shown (right-click an item icon to disable a weapon's scope requirement individually).

Single item edit panel
