When you crank up Kp, overshoot can happen — e.g. the trigger origin is fine, but the overshoot gets worse when the enemy moves to close range. In that case adjust lower Kp or raise smoothing depending on the situation:

• When to lower smoothing: ADS is fine but hip-fire has problems → raise hip-fire smoothing; if both have problems → lower Kp.
