"Initialize Keybind System Failed"

Not a software issue. Work through these in order, relaunching the app after each.

Fix 1 — sign out and back in on both PCs

Do it on both. Doing only the gaming PC often changes nothing.

1. Gaming PC: Start menu → click your avatar → Sign out → sign back in
2. 2nd PC: same thing

Fix 2 — turn off Fast Startup on the gaming PC

1. Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → "Choose what the power buttons do"
2. Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" (without it the checkbox stays greyed out)
3. Untick "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" → Save changes
4. Reboot

Fix 3 — bring the gaming PC's Windows up to date

Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates, install everything, reboot.

If all three fail it's the system environment, not the software.
